McDonnell-Cummins (Carrigmore, Doon, Co. Limerick) July 22nd 2013, tragically following an accident, Jack (aged 4 years). Deeply regretted by his heartbroken parents Carmel & John, brothers Sean & Philip, grandparents Willie & Ann Cummins and Tony & Breda McDonnell, great-grandparents, aunts, uncles, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Whites Funeral Home, Doon Thursday evening from 5.30pm with removal at 8pm to Doon Parish Church. Mass of the Angels on Friday morning at 11.30am with burial afterwards in the local cemetery.
