Roger ‘Rogie’ Ryan (Rue) (Lisowen, Doon, Co. Limerick and formerly of Hollyford, Co. Tipperary) June 9th 2026, peacefully in the excellent care of Bon Secours Hospital, Limerick, surrounded by his loving family.
Predeceased by his brother Bill and sister Josie.
Sadly missed and much loved by his sons and daughters Mark, Roger, Martina, Sandra and Trevor and their mother Mary, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, his brother Mike (Drom) and sisters Mary O’Brien (Murroe) and Sally Daly (London), son-in-law, daughters-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Whites Funeral Home Doon Friday evening from 5.30 pm with removal at 7.30 pm to St. Patrick’s Church Doon. Requiem Mass Saturday at 11.30 am with burial afterwards in Doon cemetery. Family flowers only, donations in lieu to the Irish Blood Transfusion Service. House Private Please.
Roger’s family wish to acknowledge the exceptional care of Dr. Aisling Nee and her team at the Haematology Dept. at University Hospital Limerick and his local PHN’s Lisa and Ruth.

James (Jimmy) Quigley Toomaline, Doon, Co. Limerick. May 8th 2026, (retired teacher) passed away peacefully after a short illness in University Hospital Limerick.
Predeceased by his parents Mick and Catherine.
Sadly missed by his loving brothers Dan and Richard, sister Josephine (Hawe), brother-in-law Jerry (Hawe), sister-in-law Siobhan (Doyle), nieces & nephews Sarah, Tim and Eimear, cousins, relatives, neighbours and friends.
