It is with deep sadness we announce the death of Michael Mulcahy (Doon, Co. Limerick and formerly of Castle Erkin, Pallasgreen, Co. Limerick)

On September 9th 2025, peacefully, at University Hospital Limerick, surrounded by his loving family.

Very deeply regretted by his brothers Ned, Patrick and John, sister Angela, nephews, nieces, other relatives, friends and neighbours.

Pre-deceased by parents and siblings.

Reposing at Cross’s Funeral Home, Ballyneety, Friday, September 12th, from 5.30pm to 7pm, followed by removal to Arch Bishop Dermot O’Hurley Memorial Church Caherline, arriving at 7.45pm for evening prayers.

Requiem Mass Saturday, September 13th, at 11.30am followed by burial in the Church grounds Caherconlish.

Nash, Ita (née Ryan Bawn), Cloghinch, Templederry, Nenagh,
formerly of Clonganhue, Cappawhite, Co. Tipperary and Doon, Co. Limerick. Passed away peacefully on September 6th, surrounded by her family, predeceased by her beloved husband Miah.

Deeply regretted by her loving children Henry, Jo, Karen and Maria, daughter-in-law Sinead, sons-in-law James and Seb, her adored grandchildren Diarmuid, Katie, Dara, Caoimhe, Myah, Lily, Neil and Evie, her sister-in-law Ena, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at her home in Templederry, Nenagh (E45 EY01), on Monday evening from 5pm. Removal at 8pm to the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Templederry, arriving at 8.30pm. Funeral Mass on Tuesday at 11am, followed by burial in Doon Cemetery, Co. Limerick.

Suddenly but peacefully. On August 16th 2025.

Predeceased by her beloved daughter Marguerite. Margaret, formerly of Carnahalla Doon will be greatly missed and remembered by her loving husband Joe, daughters Aine (Bourke), Mary (Magner) & Evelyn. Son Donal, daughter in law Jacinta, sons in law George, Kenneth & Willie.

Grandchildren Sean, Mairead, Daniel, Roisin, Jonah, James, Emma, Chloe, Declan, Anna. Sisters Helen O’ Shaughnessy, Catherine Riall, brother John Ryan. Sisters in law Una Cleary, Dympna Ryan, brother in law Paddy Gleeson. Nieces, Nephews, Neighbours and Friends.

Sally Ryan (nee Maher) (316 The Lodges, Ballykisteen, Monard, Co. Tipperary and late of Coolbawn, Doon, Co. Limerick and Gurtavalla) August 15th 2025, peacefully at University Hospital Limerick, surrounded by her family.

Predeceased by her parents Tom and Katie, brothers William, Paul and Tommy.

Sadly missed by her loving husband Peter Ryan (Bawn), son Peter, daughters Paula, Cora, Therese and Jane, sons-in-law, daughter-in-law, grandchildren Eamonn, Conor, Rachel, James, Eoin, Ben, Sarah, Caoimhe, Samuel, Caitlyn and Thomas, sister Mary O’Dwyer (Greenfields, Cappawhite), brother Mike (Gurtavalla), sisters-in-law, brother-in-law, nephews, nieces, former colleagues in St. Joseph’s Hospital, Limerick, kind neighbours, relatives and friends.

Reposing at her home in Ballykisteen (E34 HF50) Sunday evening (17th August) from 5 pm until 8 pm. Arriving in St. Patrick’s Church Doon Monday morning for Requiem Mass at 11.30 am with burial afterwards in Doon cemetery.

The family would like to sincerely thank all those who cared for Sally during her illness, especially Staff of ICU, 7B, Prof. Peirce’s Team in UHL, her amazing Home Help Team and Dr. Caroline O’Connor Primary Care Team Tipperary.
