Whelan, (Lacknagoneeney, Doon, Co. Limerick and late of St. Wilfrids Parish, Birmingham & The Hermitage, Castleconnell) July 13th 2015, peacefully at Milbrae Lodge Nursing Home Newport; Rev. Edmond (Fr. Eddie) brother of the late Mattie, Timmy, Billy & Peggy (Blackwell);  sadly  missed by his sisters Mary (O’Connell) & Kathy (Moloney), nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, great-grandnieces, great-grandnephew, his friend Peter Westbrook, relatives & friends.

Reposing at Whites Funeral Home, Doon Wednesday evening from 6.30pm with removal at 8.30pm to Doon Parish Church;  Requiem Mass Thursday at 12 noon & burial afterwards in the Church grounds
